My mortgage company was Met West and they sold my loan to Ocwen Federal Bank in November of last year, since then I have lived a nightmare! They have credited my checks to other accounts and said they never recieved my payment, they have also billed me for insurance that I already carried and have since I have owned my home, they have even taken 2 payments when they were only suppose to take 1 (speed-pay) and caused me to bounce checks all over! It took about 3 months to get them to pay bank fees that they definately should have payed immediately. Still they haven't payed everything they were suppose to, and now they have the nerve to put my home into foreclosure. I am getting a lawyer to sue this "bad Business" contact me at [email protected] if you have any information regarding suing this company.
