I Would Like to report the fraundulent billing proceedure of Ocwen Federal Bank Out of West Palm Beach Fl 33416-4737. Due To Huge errors on their part my credit has been damaged and my house is about to go into foreclosure. OCWEN Federal Bank Claims they have not recieved over $2100.00 in monthy payments and refuse to look at the proof that my bank and my self have provided. I Have Procured A Lawyer to represent me. However his enthusiasm wanes at best. He Has Cost $140.00 to retain and He has 2 Hours of phone time that I will recieve as a bill and has not even began to penetrate the problem. I Have Made My Payments And Have Proof From Bank! Statements clearly show they OCWEN Federal Bank has recieved funds However OCWEN Federal Bank Does Not acknowledge reciept and has piled late fees and damaging credit report and it would seem im just out $2100.00 and im ready to lose my home to foreclosure. I would be Very Thankful for any Help or advise.
