Ripoff charging overdraft fees on positive account balance class action

I would like to hear from all parties who have received overdraft fees on a positive account balance with us bank.

In a nutshell... My account balance was positive on the 17th of October, lets say $3.00. On the 18th they charged me $150.00 worth of overdraft fees making my balance -$147.00. Nothing else came through my account. This is illegal. I have found tons of links about this same sort of thing, but I can find nothing about recourse, unless I have missed the suits I have seen be threatened. I will make this stick, it is called usury and i will not tolerate it. Please let me know if you have had this same or similar problem. It has to be a relatively simple problem, i would prefer overdraft fees being charged on postiive account balances. Case in point, my statement shows this to be factual in their own writing.
