On february, 29 2010. I eceived my ready prepaid visa card and it said to reload i had to purchase a green dot money card to add funds so i went to my neighborhood cvs store and purchased a green dot money pak reoad for 355.00 plus the 4.95 for the reload and followed the directions and customer service said that my funds were successfully loaded. So i hurried and called my ready prepaid visa card and it said that my account balance was 0.00, i was in shocked so i asked to speak with customer service and they said to give it about an hour. Here i am 12 hours later and my money is still not loade to my card. I called green dot and it is hard to reach their customer service and then they dn't have anyone to speak to after 9:00 eastern time. I am very pissed off but they are not about to take me like that. I work too hard for my money being a single mom raising 4 kids. Can someone put a stop to these peoples they are FRAUD and they are just taking peoples money and we can't do a dam thing about it. Why are they even on the shelves if this stuff is happening. I urge everyone, please don't spend money on these radulent cards. They are truly scams and someone needs t do something about this
