Whatever you do, I warn everyone do not join this company.
First of all, they hire out of the industry because they want to find suckers to make commission off of them. The employees aren't sales agents, they are far more worse than that. All they want is to make money off of you. They could care less about your well being. They act like they care about your retirement when all they want is to make that commission and they don't know how to give customer service after you have bought the policy. And it is like a cult.
The reason they have training is because they try to brain wash you and motivate you so your upleads can make some more money off of you. They are by far the dumbest people I know. They have no clue about finance. They talk so much trash about other insurance companies that sell cash value life insurance when they are pretty much doing the same but only worse. They are worse because they use people and do not care about you succeeding. If you do great for them, if you don't they probably still made some commission off of you.
They are unclear about everything and only the DUMB people will fall for it. Believe me, I was one of them. They say it's not a mlm.in fact it is exactly what it is, just different regulations. And it is true, the people that work there are animals. They will push and push and push you, and i promise one day, they will ruin their reputation by the way they conduct themselves.
