Ocwen bought my loan in Dec. This is March. While applying for a mortgage loan my loan broker called to tell me that Ocwen reported a foreclosure to one of the three major credit reporting agencies. I phoned them to ask if my account was good. They verified that it was and said that they had not reported any such foreclosure. I asked for a letter stating that, they declined but gave me a direct number for my loan broker to call. The outcome is still undetermined.
My payments to them have always been more than the minimum, paid on time electonically by my bank, verified by my bank.
