Just like the report dated 10/14/04 I too started out with another mortage company the it was forwarded to saxon and I have had continuing problems with them. I would make payments to them on my payday via computer. They started saying in approx may of this year that the payments were not going thru so I would repay. The bank did not state there was any problems however. Then they told me back in approx Aug or sept it happened again and that I needed to make a payment by money order so I did.in sept I found out from some guy who showed up at my door wanting to purchase my home that it was in forclosure. I did not know because Saxon never said anything to me in regards to this, since then I have gotten alot of people showing up. I tried talking to Sheila at saxon to find out what was going on and what happened to my money order she told me she did not see anything about no money order I also told her I had money for Oct mortage and I am afraid to send it as they seem to lose money. Sheila told me she would check into the money order and call me back in a day or two. Well she never did so I called western union about the money order and they told me saxon had already cashed it a few weeks back. Sheila never called me back and I tried and tried to get a hold of her I left message after message on her machine no response the last thing they had told me back in Sept was that I owed approx 2,200 dollars and I needed to pay this up front well my house is going to forclosed on in Dec and I am not happy every time I tried to make a payment or to talk to someone there I get nothing. They send my money back to me and they never return calls. I feel they are in the business of stealing money from people. They really need to be stopped. These people do not care at all about who they hurt. I am a single mother and I really wanted this house.
