Joined the program two years ago and invested $6000 in hopes of straightening out my credit. After many calls, from having doubts, they kept telling me that I was doing the right thing and stay in the program. I was to be patient for the program to work. I was then served a judgement and Discover was very aggressive. With no help from USCM, I decided to drop out of the program and file bancruptcy, that I was trying to avoid in the first place. I faxed a letter of intent and mailed it out the same day. I was told accounting was backed up and it would take two months to see my escrow refunded. I am now waiting four months with no answers. What company does not answer the phone? How can you steal from people that are already in a bad situation and trying to do the right thing? How does a company get away with stealing thousands from hard working people?
Can we get a class action suit going and try to obtain some, if any of what was invested in a dead beat company that had so many promises and did little if anything to help. I feel the pain anyone has had with dealing with USCM. BEWARE!
So much for trying to do the right thing?
