I was sent a form stating I owed 7,197.75. I called and talked to Kallie who was willing to settle for 2,572.00 and then 2,162.00
I got very irrate so she put her manager on who was very rude and couldn't tell me anything about the bill other than I made a payment in 1987 for 5600.00. I have no knowledge of this debt nor could he tell me about it. Only the fact that I owed it because he had my name and social security number.
In 1987 my husband passed away and things were a mess for me and this company just dregged up all those awful feelings for me. He told me I should have my records from 1987!!?? Words cannot describe how I feel right now about this. I am not sure what I am going to do but I will fight this any way I can.
