I applied for a American Platinum Visa Credit card
on line because of their advertisment page which I printed out and saved a copy of it. I entered my name, address, telephone, & email adress and the home phone no. And has I was talking to them the page went off the internet I tryed to get it back because I was not finnished.
So finnaly got them back and someone wrotew back to me and said that I already was a member. The Screen went blank again. 2 days later I received a notice that my checking account was overdrawn. I went to my bank and found that AmericanPlatinum took 359.90 fronm my account.
The bank w'ont help me and I could not get AmericanPlatinum back again. I only have their activation phone no. 1-800-717-1278 but that did me no good whatsoever.
