Ripoff They took $299.00 from my account and never recive nothing, credit card scam

When they call me they offer a credit card with secure deposit and recive a card to buy items from a catalog and try to call customers service to cancel all this an get my money back and until today I can't talk to any representative of those companies, I'm tired to get answers from thems and nothing
