Ripoff, Claimed they issued a credit card like MC or Visa. And took out $300 from Checking was to be $150

They were to take out of my checking account $100.7-30-04 and they took out $150 and then again $150 8-01-04. And I called and they said it would be 30 days to recive the card. And the card was only good from their catalog, not good any where else. That was totaly misrepresented in their frist contact about the credit card which I thought was like a mc or visa.
