FTC of california is looking into this bogus company of 3 main people, Jerry and Sarah Mullen, and Brian Calder. They solicit distressed homeowners, (elderly, disabled), and make promises to help, when in fact, the minute they have you convinced, they take your home and head for bankruptcy court, and you don't even know that they have put your home into an unknown entities name.in my case, it was put into RE Solutions name.
The house that they work from is a single family residential home, where they also have; Erlinda McPherson, Angels Paradise, Nursing Stat International, JSB Partnership, Nick Wylder, Alice Borja, and RE Solutions working out of. I have done research on them and have 231 pages of tax leins, bankruptcy papers, letters from ex-partners, and governmental agencies on them.
