Juniper attempted to take money from my account BEFORE 9/1 and caused my checking account to BOUNCE and charge me a $25 nsf fee.
Juniper then decided since it didn't go through, they would ALSO charge me a $29 nsf fee. (total of $54 in fees)
I attempted to work with their customer service to resolve this and all I could get was, "we cannot reverse the fees" "check the payment history online and see that you requested this to be taken out on 8/26"
My problem was that THEIR SYSTEM MALFUNCTIONED. And they are telling me that I should rely on that very system to prove that it didn't mess up?!?! I guess a criminal who says he didn't do it should be trusted as well?
Anyway, I continue to get nowhere with this company.
