I had been with bank of marin almost two years and did not have any problems with them until the past year I mostly paid by phone which cost 4.95 all of a sudden they started charging me 5.95 for this service they for the last 7 months I started receiving harrassing phone calls from them to make phone payments by phone weeks before my payment was due the last time they did this was a woman named grace I told her that I already mailed in my payment she told me that it takes 2 weeks for them to receive my payment and to make a payment by phone I said then you will have 2 payments this woman she said right and I said wrong. I said you never even informed any one you was going up on your rates and at 5.95 a month cost 71.40 more a year and she informed me they did not have to inform any one when they was going up on their charges I told them I was not making any more phone payments It was costing too much as soon as I hung up I cut up my card.
