Checking my credit report last night I noticed palisades had put a negative report on my experian credit sayng I owed them 289.00 dollars for a att wireless bill. I HAVE NEVER HAD A ATT WIRELESS SERVICE! I never recieved anything from palisades or att regarding this matter.
I called att last night. They told me that they do not have any records of me in their data base for owing them anything on any services. They then informed me this was a fraudulant charge on palisades behalf. I am going to contact a lawyer today to see if I have some type of case against palisades llc.
