I have dealt with Sonic 3 times now. The first time they took the money out before my paycheck was deposited. They had asked what time my payroll deposited my paycheck, and took it out one hour before. This cause havac with my credit union. The lady I spoke with was Yolanda Williams. She was very curt with me. Explaining that it wasn't their fault.

Well my credit union finally got them to accept a wire transfer. But then they decided they didn't want to give us the wire number and needed a western union quick collect. My credit union thought this was VERY odd. Why couldn't they just wire the money. This was when I was in Canada visiting anyway. THey put me on hold and did a trace on my phone. I was using my cell so when they came back and said I was calling from such and such a number which is based out of my home town I was like uhh, OK, I'm using my comapanies cell.

So I told them there is no Western Union, I want to get this settled today since the loan is due today, and it was your fault for deducting money at 6am in the morning. My credit union finally agreed to pay their fees, and remove the NSF fee from my account.

The second time they set it up for a withdraw on Monday. That Monday after my payday. I come into work, check my account and it's fine. The money was taken out at 6am.

The third time the money wasn't there. There was a problem that came up and so I knew it was my fault. I knew I was going to have do to the Western Union thing. NO BIG DEAL it was my fault this time. Soooo they keep calling me, and I tell them that I can only pay 1/2 now, and then the other 1/2 with my next paycheck.tiffany Stone stated that the money is due in full. We cannot accept partial payment. She got kind of loud. So I'm like ok, so what's next.

If payment isn't made in full by Monday, we'll be contacting your employer for wage garnishment. This doesn't make any sense. Only because then, it'll take another 2 weeks to process, etc, etc, etc. If you do it my way, you'll have your money quicker, and won't be wasting anyones time. So declined to comment on that saying true, but the money is due now. I told her if that's the way it's gonna be, I'll let my money set in my account and earn interest. Garnish my wages (which I thought could only 30% at a time, but after looking at the contract it isn't true. It's the full paycheck. And supposedly whatever you loan can't be more than your paycheck. If you do, you lied on official documents.) So they contact my employer and it's all set up to have my paycheck taken. NO BIGGIE.

I come into work today, and two attempts have been take to take my money. They got 1/2 their money, and now are trying to collect on the other 1/2. If I would have known this, I would have left that 1/2 that I offered to pay in the account.

I have other checks out there that haven't cleared yet.
