Ripoff, company promised brand new credit card charges $240 never got card Or Chamclai

This company will call you over the telephone and offer a new credit card with a limit of $1000.00 to $3000.00.
After they get your payment of $240 from your account they never give you the credit card. If you call them the company will give the run around and tell you to write a letter to the manager of customer care (Chrispen Barnard) whom will never contact you or give you the money back.
