Credit Card Payments Not Credited on Day Received and Late Fees Charged

We have been injured by Bank of America on numerous occasions

We have a Bank of America Visa Credit Card. Our payments were not credited on the day that they were received by the Bank. This resulted in improper finance charges and late fees.

We are going to file a Class Action Lawsuit in CA. Please email me if you would like to join.
