Got a call from Aspire's collection department today (Sunday no less) because they haven't received my payment for this month. It was mailed on July 7th. They say it's been lost and to put a stop payment on it and do a phone check, or Western Union; screw them. This is the ONLY company that I have trouble getting mail from, or mail to. I haven't received this month's statement and have only received one since I was using this card. I haven't used it since, but there is still fall out, i.E., payments being held up in the mail room, or pitched out in order to get late fees. Best bet is to pay them off and close the account. National Bank of Columbus, Ga seems to be the best way to go since the card is issued through them.
