Credit card ripoff! Big time scam!

I have just helped one of my customers consolidate his bills (I have a small finance company) and he handed me his bank statement with a negative 200.00 balance. I asked him what it was all about and he said he did not know. Jeremy is a very sweet fellow, and a very consciencious customer, but he is also just a tad slow, so I asked him a few more questions, then decided to make some calls about something that wasn't really any of my business, but I felt that he needed the help because it was definitely a scam.

These people were very unprofessional, they did not want to provide us with the name of their Registered Agent, or their street address. The debit of $199.99 was just taken out of Joshua's account 8 days previously, and he had not yet received his "package". Of course they did not want to talk to me, knowing that Joshua was not as well equiped with handling their attempts at averting the conversation. Every time I asked them the name of their CEO or Registered Agent, they would place me on hold saying they would continue doing that until further notice. They would wait a couple of minutes, come back to the phone when I would again ask them who the CEO & Registered Agent was, then they would put me back on hold again. Over and over.

A legitimate card company would make a recording of the conversation, this company did not. A legitimate company would not have a problem giving you the names of their CEO or Registered Agent, or their physical address.

The next call was to his bank where they immediately made a complaint that a fraudulent withdrawal was made from his account. It will take 10 days to get the funds, but he had to close the account so that no further withdrawls could be made.

Don't waste your time calling these idiots at this company, because they are all underpaid employees being paid to do exactly what they do RIP PEOPLE OFF. Just go to your bank and handle it from that end, then let the Feds mess with them. Hopefully someone big enough will bark loud enough for someone to put this kind of company out of business.

The physical address is 1050 E. Sahara, Las Vegas NV 89104, the CEO is C.W. Anderson. Good Luck
