I filed my taxes through eztaxreturn.com and first I had to file 3 times before they excepted my form which I thought was my mistake, and when they finally excepted it I never recieved a return.
I waited 3 months thinking my taxes were wrong so they needed time to fix them. But then I recieved my state return saying I owed money. I filed both at the same time so I called the IRS and they stated they issued my return to the websites bank account months back.
They said I should call the website I went through and see what happened. So I went back to the website and tried to find a phone number but all they had was a place you can email the company which I ended up doing. Needless to say, a week after emailing them still no response on what happened and no refund check either from them.
So now I have to go through the IRS to get my refund check back if possible. I even went through the irs website to find a place to do my taxes. They shouldnt be supporting places like this.
