Alegis Group FLEET And GROUPS ripoff SCAMMING PEOPLE ON SOL ACCOUNTS AND Violations of fair credit act violations and id theft

Well here is all the info I have on these SCAMMERS, I got a letter from This group on a old card I had which I put in Dispute (PROVIDIAN).

The credit card company lost a huge federal class action lawsuit i was in and put the card in dispute. I also have had the state of texas attorney general involved with this card and have a case # cuase of information not being right on the credit bureau account.

Also the alegis group knows this cause i sent them the file number case number and the attorney. Course alegis doesn't care what they law says they also violate the fair credit act laws see below

Well here is the JEST of it all, The Group has about 20 groups and attorney's, and they want Consumers to do this which can be considered ID THEFT.

They want 3 pages of paper with your signature and the page to be left blank.

A copy of your social security card ssan number
and other id's, they ask for well folks let me tell you this if you send that to these people which they give you a list they can steal your idenity, they can make out fraud forms and all kinds of things i know cause i worked in the media and i am saving everything i get from them cause not only will it go to the media but ill file a law suit against the whole group, for violations of the fair credit act, targeting id theft, and also for failure to cease and desist which i have filed agsint these people and they keep coming at me well, when the cease and desist went out i have the certified email i sent to them, and have the receipt of my copy but the attorney who was sent the letter didnt sign it so gues what he is mone. I cease and desist is legal on a disputed account, so will go after them and take them to coulrt and own them. I have the papers and my letters to prove this in court so if you folks over at alegis are @ looking im going to put all of you in jail. I am going to get the feds involved and already sending papers to the texas state attorney's general. I ahve also contacted some media folks who are biting at the bits too so come on alegis come on.
