Ripoff refused refund, did not return calls, sent a box of credit pamphlets

I asked for a refund after 2 months. They gave me an address after I checked it out, This Elm Street place, didn't exist.

I have left several messages; they go unreturned. Sometimes people answer the phone, sometimes they don't. They must have caller ID, and flag everybody they know they ripped off. When I asked my credit union to help because the transaction (the phone number, 1-866-showed up on my statement as their account number.) Hello! By this time, it had been 60 days.

However, someone answered the phone and stated that they had a recorded message of me. And they had the nerve to ask me if I got the box of information. The only thing I can say about these books are the covers are in color. I hope that they put the 249.00 to good use. Because when this is over, there's going to be a lot of people getting their monies back. Why aren't the credit card companies getting involved, these so called people are using the card names, and you can't call not one MasterCard Service Center and ask about Centurion.
