Ripoff fake credit card acceptance letter unionworkerscredit.com

I was offered a $10,000 credit line from Unioon Workers credit. The letter I got offered $10,000 credit "valid exclusively toward all credit purchases from credit provider." It mentioned that even though I had been "denied access to Visa or Mastercard" I would be elligible for this credit. It stated, "good things happen to good people like you". It did not say it was a Platinum Visa or Mastercard, even though it seemed to be implied.

There was NO phone number but there was web address on the application form. But it did say I would recieve further information and my full membership package after I committed and sent a check for $37.00, that's refundable after 60 days.

I sent the check in the envelope they provided me back WITH the application form. The check was cleared from my bank on May 26. I kept a copy of the check and also the letter i received for myself.

I have been trying to login into the website with my confirmation # but its not working. I tried to call them their phone system sound very bad and cant get in contact with no customer representatives. I responsed to the letter because i worked for UPS i thought it was becasue of that reason.
