GMAC Mortgage Corporation, Ditech, Home Financial, Republic Financial and a myriad of other similar GMAC subsidiaries without exception, carry out Predatory and Racketeering activities as a philosophy and common Corporate Policy in order to extort extraordinary and exorbitant profits from people that has been Profiled and marked for abuse by GMAC's System.
The typical tools used over and over on people that is unable to defend themselves due to economic, age or minority factors are: Intentional Delayed Posting of Payments, Retaining Payment Documents beyond due dates, adding false costs for un-necessary and never carried out inspections, creating False Escrows that are not a part of the Agreement Documents/Contracts and later, manipulating funds within the Escrow account and other false charges. Placing False FORCED Insurance when customer's insurance still in force and valid, paying these costs with monies from Payments thus, Intentionally and Falsely creating "Late or Missing Payments" and subsequently processing FALSE Foreclosures. GMAC Mortgage Corporation and subsidiaries also do not post or account for payments that are made in addition to Regularly Scheduled Payments and intended to be against the Principal sum only. Moreover, GMAC Mortgage Corporation blatanly and in writing refuses to provide details or copies of Loan/Mortgage Servicing Records, openly stating that they are not required to do so.
They abuse the fact that most of the people that they pray upon, has no means or ways to defend themselves and steal their homes, vehicles and/or any other property securing loans that in many instances have already been paid in full. GMAC Mortgage Corporation is a thieving entity, they steal from people and are in many ways protected by Courts and the System, which they use to obtain illicit profits without concern as to whom and how they hurt. GMAC Mortgage Corporation its Policy, its officers and System are Psychopath Criminals without any conscience, ethics or human values.
