I received an email for a credit card offer with a $10,000 credit limit. The information in this offer is very misleading and dishonest. Until all your information is filled out and a checking account number is given and updated; do you realize that first of all you just authorized a $180.00 charge to your checking account and secondly that this is not an actual credit card but a credit line for merchandise with their shopping site only.
I received a letter with a phone number, a fake credit card for merchandise with their shopping site only and in the body of the letter a email address to cancel (I still have never received an actual card or shopping site to purchase their items from), When I tried to cancel this offer and get my $179.95 back, They informed me that it was to late to cancel and that no refund will be given.
I asked for the owner's name and address, so that I could report them to the THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. The lady would only give me an address and said they do not give out the owner's name and that I could address the letter to the complaint department. I have been fighting with this company for over 2 months with no luck. I open for any suggestions or comments on how else to try and obtain a refund from this outfit of a company.
