On Monday April 18, after having seen a number of 555-555-1212 call my cell phone for a week I was curious, and answered the phone.
Sure enough it was the same scam everyone else has gotten taken by.
Like an idiot I gave the guy on the other line my info, and then sat for a minute afterwards, and got this awful feeling my gut. Started searching, and found this site. I have sent letters, faxes, and everything else to the FTC, the BBB, Phone scammers, etc.
Www.eyeoncredit.com/warnings has some great info on other people who got scammed by this company.
I am putting a freeze on my bank account today, but I wanted to share.
