Commercial Loan Broker's / Beware, Up Front Fee Scammers

I have a Client that has Paid $70,000 Up Front Fee's to BAY TREE Funding located in Sunrise, Fl. For a $3M Loan. He has spent 7 months trying to get it closed, and BayTree keeps Lying and Postponing it? I have another Client that paid $42,000.00, and they never even ordered a Appraisal. BayTree Funding uses a "Bait & Switch " tactic, as to the Index that they use to determine the interest Rate. They will issue a LOI for one index rate, and then when they issue the Final Committment, they will use a Completely different Index? They are nothing but Lying Rip-Off Scammers.

As of today, i cannot find anybody that has successfully closed a Loan by this Company? Has anybody been SCAMMED by this UpFront Fee Rip-Off COmpany?
