We United Chaudhry LLC did a contrect with Mr George Witherspoon who is manageing Partner of Baytree Funding LLC to Refinance our business.
And wire them a total of $15,500.00 in two transactions. From which $7500 was wired on 1/6/09 and $8000 wired on 2/13/09.
Out of $7500, $2500 was non-refunable doc. Fees. And $5000 was for 3rd parties reports. The second wire of $8000 was loan commitment fees which was subjec to 100% refundable if Baytree fuding fails to fund the loan.
We had a dry closing (funds were not issued) on 2/27/09. And since then Baytree funding fails to fund the loan. And has been making excuses to refund us our commitment fees.
