New Healthy Savings And SGADA.com
Ripoff - Took $159.95 from my checking account without my consent or knowledge 646-495-8107 SGADA is the payment processing and consumer services arm for internet retailer Simpligada, and is owned and operated by Simpligada Consultants Ltd

Noticed an unfamiliar charge on my statement in October. When I called my bank, I was gven the number 1-646-495-8107. I was told by customer service that the charge would be removed in ten days. I called back when the credit did not appear on November's statement. I was told it did not accept, and it would take at least 15 days to post. I called again and was given SGADA's number when I could not reach them by email. I was told they only worked for New Healthy Savings, but they would take care of it.

Since November I have called both companies at leat 4 times and also my bank. My bank informed Monday (4-11) that they cannot do anything about the charge, SGADA or New Healthy Savings will have to credit my account. I will be going into the bank Wednesday to file a Federal Req. E form. I WILL GET MY $159.95 BACK!
