Noticed an unfamiliar charge on my statement in October. When I called my bank, I was gven the number 1-646-495-8107. I was told by customer service that the charge would be removed in ten days. I called back when the credit did not appear on November's statement. I was told it did not accept, and it would take at least 15 days to post. I called again and was given SGADA's number when I could not reach them by email. I was told they only worked for New Healthy Savings, but they would take care of it.
Since November I have called both companies at leat 4 times and also my bank. My bank informed Monday (4-11) that they cannot do anything about the charge, SGADA or New Healthy Savings will have to credit my account. I will be going into the bank Wednesday to file a Federal Req. E form. I WILL GET MY $159.95 BACK!
