On Nov. 29 at exactly 8:46: 16 AM JST, I received an e-mail from [email protected] stating,
"Simpligada Consultants Limited Your Internet Purchase has been Approved-Your Credit Card Statement will reflect the billing company as: sgada.com800-370-5012

Ref: NewHealthy Savings. ComTx: 5227706".
On the same day, approx. 12 minutes later, at 9:09: 07 AM JST, I received again the same thing.
I replied by asking, "what did i buy from your company?"
On December 2 8:58: 48 AM JST, I received a reply addressed to my maiden name again, from a different e-mail address ([email protected], NOT csgada.com), the message was as follows:
"Dear Valued Customer,
BT-LTD is the billing company for New Healthy Savings.com, a provider of discount medical benefit cards which offer savings of 10-50% off, on prescription drugs, contact lenses, doctor visits and vision care, amongst others. You may contact customer service for any additional details concerning this purchase, or to cancel your account at: 646-495-8107.

I am going to my bank today to file a dispute. I will update you with the progress of my dispute.
