Ripoff unauthorized charge to my credit card no services rendered to me orange

I Just found a charge for 12. Oo dollars on my credit card, i knew that i had filled out a form for a free credit report but never received it, and i dont remember the internet site so that i can cancel... I just filed a dispute with the credit card company and sent an email to [email protected]... Waiting to see what happens
