Ripoff, more late fees

I recieved a phone call last night concerning my "late status". Sure enough I had another $50.00 added on to my account. These people are incredibly rude. I explained that I sent in my payment and of course got the explanation that they did not receive it in time. I am going to try and cancel my card immediately. I've paid late fees since i've had this card. Stay away from these people.
