I signed up with My Perfect Credit for a free trial. Several disputes were filed in my name that I did not authorize. When I e-mailed them regarding this matter and canceling my account, they e-mailed me back on 3/31/05 confirming the cancellation of my account, they stated that they would "cease to collect on the remaining outstanding balance". And yet today (4/8/05) $35.00 was deducted from my account.
I have attempted numerous times to contact their company; however, the line is constantly busy. I have e-mailed them again, faxed them, and today I am contacting my bank in order to dispute the charges against my debit card.
