Ripoff Collection Agencies Lies to get payment charges exhorbitant fees false allegations on credit report HOW TO CHEAT THE CREDIT SYSTEM

I accrued 2 accounts due to financial problems last fall. One for 95.00 and the other for 160.00. CRSI (Certified Recovery Systems LLP) charges a convenience fee to pay through their online website only to bring in more profit. If you have an account up to 100.00 they charge you 10.00 to pay online. If it is over 100.00 the fee becomes 20.00. That sounds like robbery to me.

They contacted me about these debts, and assured me that if I paid, they wouldn't show up on my credit report. Well, I made the 95.00 payment on the 2nd of February. I made the 160.00 payment on the 10th of February. I was assured that as long as both account payments were received by the 10th of February, my credit wouldn't be ruined. Well, after making both payments I assumed that all was well. Little do they know is I check my credit report every 3 months. I am very meticulous about my credit, and take debts serious by paying them off.

On Friday the accounts showed up on my Experian credit report as UNPAID collection accounts. They lied to me, and then reported the account to the credit bureaus as unpaid. Under the FCRA this is illegal. They have illegaly reported on me, showing my current credit obligations as unpaid. This is false reporting.

After emailing them, I got a quick reply to contact the office by phone if I have problems or questions.

Everyone has to realize that collection agencies will lie to get payment. If you have a debt, don't pay it untill you get the agreement in writing.

I have called my bank, Wells Fargo, and did a charge back on my checking account. I got a measure of justice against these dishonest Aholes. Now I have 255.00 plus $30.00 in fees sitting in my checking account. I will not pay on an account if it will show up on my credit report.

Unfortunately for them, they have 2 choices. Accept my proposal to delete the misleading negative information, with full payment. Or keep the negative information on my credit untill they figure out they won't get one red cent from me. Then they will be forced to sell the accounts. Upon deleting me from their database, automatically the accounts come off my credit record. I will then be given an opportunity to pay in full to a new collection agency when they take over the accounts.

This is how you beat the credit system. Collection agencies are only interested in the bottom line, which is to make money. If the consumer is unwilling to pay, they are forced to sell the account to another collector. Why pay the account if it will remain on your credit?

Some might say this is immoral, but it isn't. No laws are being broken. No one is getting hurt. Both parties end up a winner.

Party A (the debtor) wins by learning how to manage money and pay up on his obligations, as well as cleaning up their credit to accurately reflect their current credit obligations.

Party B (the company) wins by meeting their bottom line. They recover the lost money. They are no longer at a loss. Everyone wins. This is why no one wants to pay. Because if they have a negative account on their credit regardless of whether or not they pay, what's the point of using your hard earned money to lead a horse to water? By paying you are acknowledging your mistakes. Shouldn't you be rewarded? By paying you could clean up your credit, and become more credit saavy and responsible.

Remember, there has to be rewards for a job well done.By now seeing that in me, CRSI just lost 285.00 total due to their negligence.

As for the 7 year reporting period, I can wait. I have 4 other "paid as agreed" accounts listed and 2 active "accounts in good standing." 4 are revolving accounts and 2 are credit accounts. 2 accounts might hurt me but won't impede my ability to obtain credit. As to CRSI's intent to impede me of getting any credit, they didn't succeed. They only succeeded in screwing themselves. I can dispute and dispute, somewhere along the 7 year line, they will slip up. The credit bureaus will be required by law (The FCRA) to remove the listing if not verified within 30 days.

All collection agencies are ripoffs. Dont give them one red penny unless in writing they agree to remove the listing from your credit. Otherwise you are just wasting money.
