To answer the persons response to why she will never be caught up. You are told you are on a forebearance plan. What you are not being told is that even though you are making your forebearance payments on time and the extra payments, you are still being charged late fees. So in actuality you will never be caught up.

It appears whoever you write to it will be forwarded back to ocwen for response. And we all know how that turns out. We should not give up. There is a solution out there and if we all work together we should be able to claim our lives back. Do not give up or give in.
