Premier Benefits
Ripoff, they ask for bank routing number and account numbe

On March 4 Permier Benefits called and offered me a 7 day unlimited calling card that has not hit the market yet to test out and let them know what I thought, and for doing this they would send me a $200 shopping voucher. The charge was only $3.95 for shipping & handeling. They guaranteed that only $3.95 would be taken out of my account and they would send a 7 day unlimited calling card and a $200 shopping voucher within 4-7 days. They said I could call and cancell any time before the 7 days was up and they would not charge anything else to my account.

I called on March 10 and cancelled. Today March 14 they charged $119.90 to my account. I called and told them that I did not authorize this and that I wanted my money put back into my account today the same way that they withdrew my money. They said that they can not do that.

Their solution is that they will send me a peice of paper stating that I did not authorize this and I have to sign it and send it back to them. And they will send me a paper check within 6-8 weeks.

If they can take the money out of my account without a paper check, why can't they put it back the same way???
