Hello I am so glad I got the internet to find out about them. I called them this morning to check and see if my money was going to be back in my account on March 26 like one guy told me and come to find out they tell me today April the second okay they took the money out of my account on the 9th of Feb. So I did recieve the benefits on the 9th of this month March ok come to find out I had to send in some more money plus fill out an application for the card so I sent it back The next day which was March 10
Ok so I called on the 15th and told one guy that I sent the benefits back and that I wanted a refund so he said okay your money will be back in your acoount on March 26 so I just recently got off the phone with I guess that would be Jimmy and just like everybody else he didnt seem to helpful he sat there for a while acting like he was looking at my information and then he finnaly said something after I asked what was taking so long so now
I'm supposed to get my money back on April 2nd will somebody please help me he's saying that's how long it takes but I don't believe him it didn't take them that long to take it out of my account and they did it quick I have learned my lesson but someone please help me i'm only 18 and new to this credit thing so is there a way where I can get my money back quickly and is there a way where we can shut them down this doesn't make any since.
