They offered me a government grant. I authorized 29.95 to be taked out of my account so I could recieve a "packet". I never recieved a packet or a "welcome letter". Then they proceeded to charge my account 299.95 without my permission. I called and complained to them and they told me to send them a copy of my bank statement to recieve my money back.
