Ripoff took out 299.95 from my bank account without permission and they are giving me the runaround about giving it back

First national benefits had taken out 299.95 from my bank account without my permission on april the 1st
when i applied for a government grant they charged me 29.95 for the kit and i never recieved after paying this i was supposed to recieve this kit in 3 to 5 days well i never got anything from them.

One night i went to check my bank account online and i was missing $299.95 they had taken it out without permission and so i called them and told them that i wanted my money back that they took without my permission and they told me that the only way that they could give it back was to wait two to three weeks for a refund form.

So i wait three weeks and i still haven't gotten it i have called and they are so rude with me they hang up on me they tell me that i have to be patient and wait it out and just hang up.

All that i want is my hard earned money back.
