I received my membership packet after sending a check for $37.00 and realized that this was not what I thought it was. I called and asked how to recieve a refund. I was told to send back my membership packet and once it was recieved, my refund would be processed.
It has been eight weeks and I have yet to recieve my refund. I have attempted to call and check the status but I am unable to get through without an account number. I no longer have my account number since I was told to return my membership packet in which my account number was enclosed.
I would like to recieve the refund that I was guaranteed if I was not satisfied.
