Seems that Pres. Leslie Agisim in her rebuttal to Jacob, was upset and telling Jacob "shame on you—we are the good guys and you are hurting us"... Well, we have been very hurt... Monitarily, time wasted, almost lost the property we wanted so badly because TCRM strung us along for months and then changed all the terms of the loan... Does that sound like good guys to you? She tells of the multi million dollar deals they have closed... We work hard for a living and cannot even imagine those numbers...
Our number is $2,500 worth of fees, time wasted, attorneys fees, hours and hours of work finding the paperwork they wanted, etc... And don't think that for what they did to us, and especially since they are an "honorable company" and deal in "integrity and honesty" that they would refuse to forward the check for above payment... We have no clue what happened to Jacob... But are very sure what TCRM did to us. She said "We deal only one way which is with honor and integrity".. Let's see about that. If the filings are hurting them, they are the ones who can correct it... Will post it in big letters on this site... When check is received and they do the right thing
