So, after being a customer of First National Bank of Omaha for only about 18 months, I go online to make my payment today and can't get in. I call their # and they tell me the account has been sold to Emerge Card Services. I call Emerge and get someone who can barely speak english.
I am directed to a website (www.emergecard.com) which is the worse website I have ever seen. I will now be charged huge interest rates and will get no customer service. I am not yet ripping at Emerge, I am still furious with First National for having no loyalty and no customer service.
