ANPAC offers a rebate of 25% of premiums if policyholder carries both auto and homeowners, and remains claim-free for 3 yrs. It looks like they raise premiums each year until they have collected the 25% extra. They also made an unauthorized change of address for me, then when they changed it back, raise premiums accordingly. Also had a general rate increase, and increased premiums due a claim I had in March.
So, they did not give me the 25% rebate I had earned, and raised my rates 3 times. I requested cancellation at the end of February (28th) and stated I had new coverage beginning March 1. They cancelled my policies Feb. 23rd and notified my mortgage lender.
Now I have a problem with the lender. I suspect I will hear from the state with the same problem over auto coverage.
They are cheats, thieves, and rip-off artists. Beware of ANPAC insurance companies.
