The original loan for my triumph was through funancing and was quickly traded to GE Capital Cons Card Co. As soon as I got the first bill the minimum payment had been increased without any notification.
Yesterday (2/22/05) I recieved a letter Notice of Default. This was the first letter that I had recieved from this company. Not only did they say my loan was in default but they threatened repossesion.
When I called the customer service group to discuss the situation, and some sort of payment plan they were uncooperative saying that the amount is do in full, and if I could not make the payment, they would start repossesion process. The customer service rep named JACK could bearly speak english and was very rude. When I asked to speak to his supervisor, I was somehow dissconnected.
When I called back I recieved a gentleman named Mitchell (Ext. 74322) who enformed me that there were payment options. I was so discussed by that point I paid the defaulted amount in full just to be rid of the situation.
I myself will be paying this loan off and I will boycott anything that has to do with this finance company.
