I responded to an ad in my local newspaper. The ad was looking for court researchers. I relucantly called. I even took a day to think about it but because I was desparately looking for work I took the "job". I asked them about some form of legitimicy and I was given the fbba website.
When I called back they had held my position. I was told that there were 2 positions left in my area.
I gave them my information and waited for the material. I was excited at the opportunity to make up to $2000.00 per note.
They were looking for someone to work 10 to 20 hours a week.
I was told that the 89.00 was a licensing fee for the copyrighted disc.
When I checked my account I had also been charged 10.00 by my bank because they did not have all the numbers required to complete a check by phone.
I called the company back and was given a customer service phone number: (602) 357-3497.
As soon as I found the rip-off website I contacted my bank. I am waiting to hear back. I am lucky in that my charge was less than two weeks ago so maybe I will not have too much trouble.
I am such a fool. I should have went with my first instincts.
*, I was so looking forward to the $.
