Once I finally decided to go online and check out the credit card I was offered for a one-time membership fee of $249.00, I was shocked to find all of these other reports on usacomplaints.com! What everyone who has had this happen to them needs to know is that this company has a paper trail.
GO to your bank and request a copy of the item that was sent through... They CAN get this for you, though possibly for a small fee, depending on how long ago it was sent through. Look at the reverse side of the item. There is a bank name, which you can call to get contact information for the company who can, and WILL process your refund! Check into it, it will prove to be worthwhile, I promise!
