I have attempted to contact RMA repeatedly and continue to be disconnected every time. I am working with a consumer credit counseling service and was told to make contact with RMA. They (RMA) CANNOT FIND RECORD OF MY ACCOUNT, but will accept full payment!!!
This is bad business for a collection agency to give wrong phone numbers, and swear at you and hang up.
I will be making a formal complaint to the BBB. These people will not get one cent from me. I tried to work with them and they call me at all times of day or night. They won't even talk to my counselor at CCCS.
I think someone at RMA should get their head out of their fifth point of contact! (that is head out of their rears for you legs)
