My December and January payments were due. I mailed them on 1-24 via Western Union money orders. My bank statements reflect that last month's payment took 3 days to process. They called me on 1-31 and told me to either have 2 payments in by 5:00 pm that day or get out. I sent 3 payments, paying February ahead of time, and they made me pay another one today or face foreclosure.
